The heating element is placed between two 130 x 300 x 15 mm chipboards. Curtain wire is used for the heating element. We demonstrate an easy way to cut and bend plastics to re use and recycle this incredible material into your projects you will need 1 heat source heat. I think this is one of the best tools i ve been doing for a long time on my channel.

It s pretty big so you can sta. It s just a long skinny heating element that makes it easy to soften a sheet of plastic along a straight line so you can bend it with your hands to an arbitrary angle and or against a jig for more precise control. Here is one way of doing it. It works so well so i m surprised myself.
